1. Definitions

• "Goldyear", "we", "us", "our" — Goldyear, operating from 45 Lat Phrao Road, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "Service" — the retirement readiness information sessions and home document support visits provided by Goldyear, as described on this website.
• "User", "you" — any person who visits this website or requests a session.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any session booking confirmation.
• "Content" — text, summaries, checklists, and other materials provided during or after a session.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a session with Goldyear, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request a session.

You confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Goldyear provides three retirement readiness information services:

• Getting-Started Information Call: A one-hour informational call covering general retirement planning topics. A written summary is provided within two working days.
• Home Document Setup Visit: A practical visit to your home in Bangkok to help organise retirement-related paperwork. A personal checklist is produced during the visit.
• Staff Readiness Education Day (B2B): A structured educational programme for employers, including session design, materials, and a rollout plan.

All services are strictly informational. Goldyear does not provide personal financial, legal, or investment advice. Nothing communicated during any session should be understood as advice, and you remain fully responsible for any decisions you make.

Services are currently available in Bangkok, Thailand. Availability elsewhere is subject to confirmation.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions are confirmed once a booking is agreed between you and Goldyear. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿). All pricing is confirmed in writing before any session takes place.

• Getting-Started Information Call: ฿3,700 per session
• Home Document Setup Visit: ฿8,600 per visit
• Staff Readiness Education Day: ฿31,500 per programme

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Goldyear reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur a fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a partial charge, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. User Responsibilities

When using this website or Goldyear's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking
• Use the website and services for lawful purposes only
• Not misrepresent the content of any session or written materials provided
• Not reproduce or redistribute session materials without prior written agreement from Goldyear
• Not use the website in any way that could damage its functionality or security

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including session summaries and document checklists prepared by Goldyear, is owned by or licensed to Goldyear. You may use materials provided to you as part of your session for personal reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Goldyear's services are informational only. We do not give personal financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Information provided is general in nature and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial or legal decision.

Official sources referenced during sessions were accurate at the time of the session. We cannot be responsible for subsequent changes to Thai government policy, regulations, or official guidance.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for your particular circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Goldyear's total liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services is limited to the fee paid for the specific session in question.

Goldyear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, decisions made based on information provided, or any outcome resulting from your use of official resources we have signposted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Goldyear against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our services or website content.

10. Termination

Either party may cancel a booked session before it takes place, subject to the cancellation terms in section 4. Goldyear may decline to provide future services if a user has acted in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services will first be subject to informal resolution by contacting Goldyear directly. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services described.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure by Goldyear to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without Goldyear's consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or booking of sessions after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
